Exodus 12
1 Yahweh spoke to
Moses
and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
2 "This month shall be to you the beginning of months. It
shall be the first month of the year to you.
3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, 'On the
tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb,
according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household;
4 and if the household is too little for a lamb, then he
and his neighbor next to his house shall take one according to the
number of the souls; according to what everyone can eat you shall make
your count for the lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old.
You shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 and you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the
same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall
kill it at evening.
7 They shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two
doorposts and on the lintel, on the houses in which they shall eat it.
8 They shall eat the flesh in that night, roasted with
fire, and unleavened bread. They shall eat it with bitter herbs.
9 Don't eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but
roasted with fire; with its head, its legs and its inner parts.
10 You shall let nothing of it remain until the morning;
but that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire.
11 This is how you shall eat it: with your waist girded,
your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat
it in haste: it is Yahweh's Passover.
12 For I will go through the land of Egypt in that night,
and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and
animal. Against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments: I am
Yahweh.
13 The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses
where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and
there shall no plague be on you to destroy you, when I strike the land
of Egypt.
23 For Yahweh will
pass
through to strike the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the
lintel, and on the two doorposts, Yahweh will pass over the door, and
will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to strike you.
So lintel top of the door, and either side of the door, hmm, this seems
to ring a bell, the cross, oh yes, wow, above and either side, oh my.
Also in verse 5 we see that the lamb must be what, that's right,
without blemish, perfect, Jesus was what, that's right, without sin.
What happened back then:-
28 The children of
Israel
went and did so; as Yahweh had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.
29 It happened at midnight, that Yahweh struck all the
firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat
on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon;
and all the firstborn of livestock.
30 Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants,
and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, for there
was not a house where there was not one dead.
Same today, when we die, we deserve hell, for all have sinned:-
Romans 3:23 for all
have
sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
But, and yet what will this
time save
us, lamb's blood, perhaps, maybe someone else:-
Romans: 3:24 being justified freely by his grace through
the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;
25 whom God set forth to be an atoning sacrifice{or, a
propitiation}, through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his
righteousness through the passing over of prior sins, in God's
forbearance;
Now what did John the Baptist say when he clasped eyes on Jesus:-
John 1:29 The next
day,
he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who
takes away the sin of the world!
See all adds up, so amazing, sad so many, even Christians dismiss the
Bible today, even I did the Old Testament one time, yet if we are not
reading, studing the Old Testament how can we grasp the essentials,
like wise the Jews need to study the New Testament, works both ways, we
are both God's, well the whole world it, anyone who accept Jesus will
on judgment day have that punishment of eternal damnation pass over
them, see told you Bible history repeats itself.
So now you say, so what, does not apply to today, oh I think you'll
find it does, Jesus is as much alive today as He was here on earth and

You can carry on fighting, we all do that, flesh waging war with the
Holy Spirit, but when you submit, give in, it all makes sense, when you
open your heart, conceed, give God a chance, He'll love and adore you
so much, you'll wish you'd done it sooner.
Nothing to fear, only life itself.
Today as the Bible predicts the world grows very dark and cold, from
earthquakes to violence in the Middle Eastern Countries to Tsunami, and
so many diseases, like HIV/AIDS, and Sars and oh the doom and gloom
list is endless.
But you, if you are reading this, not yet born again, not yet asked
Yeshua, (Jesus) into your life, you better seriously think about it.
Many believe we are finally in the end times, last days, end of age,
hence all that is going on:-
Luke 21:25 There
will be
signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations,
in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;
26 men fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things
which are coming on the world: for the powers of the heavens will be
shaken.
Sound familiar, what happened on 26th December last year, in fact same
day a year before was the Iran's Bam quake, no coincidence I can tell
you.
But I didn't come to bring you bad news, no doom and fear gloom, but a
news of hope, love, glory, and so much more.
You've been there, probably still are, working your guts out, maybe
lost a partner, left you, maybe you are stuck in something you now
realized you should never have started, whether drugs, drink. All the
enemy (satan) wants to do is destroy, oh he's real all right, read my
testimony yet, I can vouch for that and I didn't go looking.
No, years ago I blamed God for the bad as well as good, mostly the bad,
I sang songs against Him, had a right go, I can tell you, but then,
Bang, later on being dumped by friends, always being hurt and let down
by the people of this world, I turned to someone that has never and
never will ever let me down.
Oh my friend, porn, sex, murder, drink, drugs, I don't care what you've
done, there is nothing God can't forgive, He loves you that much, THAT
much, I promise you, once you become born again, by asking Jesus into
your life, oh
see here for what I mean, then you'll wonder why you didn't do it
years ago. Suddenly you'll be free, read those testimonies.
Time to wake up my friend, seriously, there is power in the blood, the
testimonies on my site bear that out, and just because mainstream TV

Yes there is as much power in the Blood of Jesus today as ever, just we
Christians are not tapping into it, we are not living our walk, that's
why the enemy is having a field day.
You think my friend you are free now, ask those that have had one night
stands, and have contacted an STD or worse still HIV. No fun in that,
no freedom in that, only death, that is sad. As I've so often said on
here, the Bible is not a rule boo, but a guide book, God's not a
killjoy, because He made us, He knows the pitfalls, knows what is best.
That's why because of His great love for us, He gives us guidance. We
can't blame Him when it all goes wrong, God never made Adam and Eve
take the fruit, and He doesn't make you do the things you do, nor me.
I'm not perfect, I'm still battling, but I know I have someone who will
battle with me, and never leave or forsake me.
So I challenge you, study the Bible, many have, many have started out
to discredit it, only to end up coming to believe, and be born again.
Before Adam fell it was Spirit, then flesh, when sin entered the world,
it became flesh, and then spirit, that's why we struggle, that's why we
can't connect and hear from God.
We have to, live in the Spirit, as it says in Romans
chapter 8.
Oh there
is so much I want to tell you, not the room here, (laughs).
