Looking 4 Christian music of various kinds, then you've come to the right place, with links 2 some of the top and well known artists in the Christian world.

christian music

You can help stop this, see the TV Networks contact emails at the bottom of this page, if you express your disgust and that you are a Christian and that this is wrong and you won't support them and spread the word also, then maybe, maybe they just might wake up and take the following ministries your about to read about off of their TV Networks.

Some thing does not sit right about this person. May God truly forgive me if wrong, but in my spirit something is not matching up well with the Bible, a feeling.
And sadly that feeling seems, the more I research on it to be, well, something far more to it than even I thought:

http://kuyakevin.blogspot.com/2007/10/don-stewart-ministries-fraud-in.html
http://bp1.blogger.com/_qWfhpO6oxJE/Rxf7LgvKR9I/AAAAAAAAAcE/M84AEL3WesY/s1600-h/hankyletter1.jpg

If this is true and the more I'm looking into it, starting to look likely, then we have a serious major problem.
This is because a Tv ministry I support shows his ministry shows.
I've complained a few times, rather warned, like a watchman about this.
With new evidence, well, new to me from the net I've emailed them (12 April 2008) I shall await to see what happens.

I think sadly in light of what happened with Michael Reid, and we all make mistakes sin, heck I'm so flawed and so not perfect, why I need Christ, amen, but with so much in these last days going on, though the Bible warns it will, we have a duty to warn the innocent and vulnerable, right.

Though it was along time ago, one article warning on Don Stewart gave this link:
http://phoenix.bizjournals.com/phoenix/stories/1997/09/22/story6.html

People can and do genuinely change if they are in God, amen.
Best of it is, are these people deluded themselves, or are they fully aware and don't care, like Steve Martin in the film Leap of Faith.
Yikes then, because as my powerful testimony which you can hear me in my own voice tell, shows that God and satan are very much real and these people when they die will have to stand before God as I will to account for themselves.

So why not name and shame the Tv networks, well, maybe they have been taken in as well, we need to least give them the benefit of the doubt, but if after informing them they later still air this guy, then I shall obviously have no choice but to have to name them on here for airing them, so as the search engines will pick it up even better, to let you guys know.

Remember we only have people's word for things on the net, but the evidence is mounting up on this guy and it has not sat right in my spirit since I first saw this guy either, it is very misleading.

The same sadly goes for Mike Murdock and Steve Munsey, I know, God forgive me, yes, men of God, maybe, but again, something just does not sit right with me.
Oh it works, I give to this Tv ministry and the Alpha Course and am being blessed back in some way, weird eh, giving to God from your heart can work, you are blessed, rewarded back.
But anyone asking for specific amounts rings alarms bells with me, and this constant making out that the seed is now money and not the word is simply wrong.
Any genuine ministry surely is grateful, though cheap to run in terms of their ministries, TV and so on, I've never asked for a 1 penny in all the years I've run this place.
Sure one time I did finally put some link, partner thing on, but never got anything, did not work, and I'm not bothered. Few times I've been asked, I've refused again saying no I've never taken a penny yet and do't want to start now, God's love where possible should always be 100% free, amen.

I remember when few years back giving money to God TV and I warned them in an email having seen this TV preachers doing the same thing on their channels as others.
Is Rory duped, sits there nodding as if under the spell of this man, who knows. Again I say, asking for anything, even 1 lousy pound a month all adds up, get far more give then, had hundreds of thousands giving just 10 pounds a month you'd get more and probably beat the so called 80 or 77 dollars whatever it is that they tell you, you must give, right now, go to the phones.
What about the 70 or 100 of you that must give 1000 dollars or pounds as well.
Like one article pointed out, it's doubtful when you ring up as number 111 or 71 you get told I'm sorry you're number 71 and have missed out, we have the 70 now. No doubt they continue and might have goodness knows how many over that amount giving them 1000 dollars.

Anyway, my main concern is not to ruin the awesome work and minstry these TV networks do, like God TV, having a massive impact around the world, and those that I'm sure are genuinely involved with them and all Christian TV Networks.
But I've pulled the plug on INI and God TV and TBN and many others sadly in my Christian TV page warning about it there.

People deserve to know the truth and I love revealing that truth, I'm tired of the scams, fraud, cons, spam, so on and am fighting back and warning people now about this and asking you, to link to this page, not my site, I don't want your money, no longer interested in being high up, (laughs) my site's not even in the top 2 million list let alone million. Who cares, keep your money, not asking for a thing from you, other than you help me spread the truth, by linking to this page and the African scam one, see left hand side column.

This is only because the more links I have the better the search engine will rang this when someone types in curious, Don Stewart and see's this page thanks to your link and goes yikes, if true I best not send money to this guy then.
My intention is to ruin no one, amen, but to pray with all my heart for people like Don, please God wake this man up, surely this is so not Biblical and you do not stand with people like this.

Because it is this kind of nonsense giving the rest of us a bad name, ruining our good work. It is ruining the reputation of TV Networks, causing great upset and driving away those we are called to save, witness to.
However with that in mind, though it pains me and I'm worried as ever because I have to face God one day myself, I'm not perfect and I'm not keen on doing things like this, but I'm also tired and feel it is my duty to warn people so they are not duped out of their hard earned money.

Now for what others are saying about Don and links and so on:

http://phillyflash.wordpress.com/2007/05/02/apostle-don-stewart

i watched don’s televised prayer. i called the 800 # i told myself it wont hurt me. let’s see i told myself. after a week he sent me the hand shape cloth and he was asking me to donate a specified amount. i prayed according to the instruction but did not send any amount. this morning he sent me a rainbow cloth and according to him my financial curse will break provided i will follow the instruction and tomorrow morning i need to mail back the cloth along with my donation(too bad no post office is opened tomorrow it is sunday). i am confused. why will he ask for donation to pray for me and according to him i will wait for 3 days?and will happen in my city where i live. this sounds like the sweepstake to me. anyways i search his name on the net and i found out on one of the net article this guy is a bogus a fraud. oh boy i am glad i search on him, otherwise, i could have been a victim of this man. i know God will bless regardless. God’s love is unconditional. there is no condition of giving a donation for a prayer.
God said to love his children, and I think i love God’s children because i have a mission in my country where i helped poor people even just one meal. let us not waste our money to some false prophet. let us offer our tithe directly to the poor and God will bless us 10 thousand folds. God help the false prophets and forgive them my Lord.

Miracles for sale By Craig Ziemba / guest columnist

The alarm clock said 3 a.m. but I was wide awake with jetlag on an overseas trip. Flipping through the channels I found that even in the Far East, American televangelists are hitting people up for money.

Between infomercials for the juice bullet and the latest abdominal exerciser, Don Stewart was peddling his Miracle Green Prosperity Handkerchief. The handkerchief is free (although requesting one puts you on the mailing list), but if you really want to strike it rich, the televangelist recommends the “Faith, Health, and Prosperity Bracelet I had especially handmade for you.” ($33)

Robert Tilton was on after the How to Make Millions with No Money Down Real Estate show. Call now and Robert will send you a letter with two anointed pennies inside. A young couple from Jacksonville recently turned Tilton’s loan into a small fortune.

I even saw Peter Popoff, (the guy who was caught by investigative reporters years ago using an earpiece to receive info from his employees so that he could hear the voice of God give him the names of people in the audience) still hard at work selling miracles on late night TV.

A quick check online of the latest money making schemes show everything from miracle oils to faith nails and prayer cloths. The gimmicks and trinkets come and go, but miracle infomercials follow the same basic format:

It starts with action scenes from the latest crusade where throngs cheer as people are “healed” by the televangelist. The word of the healer and healee as to the severity of their condition and miraculous recovery are taken at face value, with no effort made to confirm these claims by a qualified physician.

Next, the miracle infomercial pans to an intimate setting with large potted plants and a soothing waterfall. After preaching to the masses, the televangelist pauses to speak directly to you. The appeal begins by casting a wide net. “Are you in need of a financial blessing? Physical or emotional healing?” (That pretty much covers everybody.) Then the televangelist claims that God spoke to him directly and told him to pray for you. But in order for this prayer to work, you have to do something in return. “God is telling me,” he continues while pretending to hear Divine voices, “that you need to plant a seed offering that will bring you healing and prosperity.”

Just as he’s urging you to call the number on the screen, an assistant hands him a note. A little old lady from Kansas just called in a $100 dollar pledge. The televangelist fights back tears as he prays for God to bless this woman for her sacrifice and promises to send her a special anointed prayer cloth/miracle oil/etc…

These men redefine shameless. Disrespecting God by pretending to speak for Him while asking for money is blasphemous enough, but offering vulnerable people false hope through cheap trinkets is disgraceful.

False prophets always focus on the wrong things. While true ministers of the Gospel preach salvation by grace through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, false prophets teach a gospel of greed. In a sick attempt at spiritual blackmail, televangelists claim that, “Health, wealth, and prosperity will be yours as long as the checks keep coming.”  http://www.meridianstar.com/columns/local_story_245011739.html

Wow! I have never seen anything so unbelievable in my 23+ years of salvation as I have seen tonight. Tonight, my friends, I witnessed the great Don Stewart… TV Evangelist.

We drove to the Sacramento Conference Center yesterday to see this faith healer evangelist and we arrived just in time for announcements. I know that many people give evangelists a hard time about only wanting money, but the announcement man literally said, “You can never have enough money.”

Soon after the announcements {hallelujah} we were led to “worship” with amazingly stale gospel tunes played on a synthesizer followed quickly by the worst American Idol rendition of “Blessed Assurance” ever. And then the big man himself came out singing his little ditty about basically being himself, a water hose for the living water of Jesus to flow through to us {nothing like a backwoods rural metaphor in an urban trendy town}.

It wasn’t long until people were shouting excitedly. The infamous magical green hanky of “faith” touching “grace” was soon adorning the heads and hands of the faithful D.S. (Don Stewart) followers. I have seen these moments in movies, but nothing could have truly prepared me to see this live… it was just like a movie (actually worse because this movie was real).

There wasn’t a Bible to be found within about 20 feet of the stage and he didn’t find a way to one the whole night either. Slowly he layered cliché after cliché and promise on top of promise until the whole crowd on the edge of their seats. Every microphone amplified shout was followed by an organ soundtrack of emotion and a frequent yet unauthentic “hallelujah”. He was the pied piper in the room that was for sure!

But of course he was. That’s what he wanted. He wanted to take a bunch of broken, hope-needing, money-loving, desperate souls on the Don Stewart roller-coaster. This ride had a few pauses for impulse CD buying (mid-service even) and “seeds” of miracle offering collections.

I have never seen a group of people so quick to let go of their money for a guy that seemed so shady. However, the extreme hopeful or those brainwashed didn’t seem to stand a chance. They sang, danced, and shook the great and mighty green hanky. Donny had them on the train to “suggestive selling” and last night people were hungry to buy a miracle even if it seemed a bit un-real or old man ego-tripping. At one point he actually said, “look how gifted I am?”
The “Holy Ghost?” healings to place one after another deep into the night… each one promising way more than was ever delivered. Miracles were happening! For me the miracle landed more in the detached, business like behavior of Don’s colleagues as the show went on and how generic the prayers and healings were. The other miracle to me was how desperate people are for hope! I found myself sick and depression on behalf of people getting answers that were so empty.

I was reminded of 2 Timothy 3:1-5 which says that in the end times we will see religion which will have “a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.” This sits real close in scripture to the following warning in chapter 4:3-4:

“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.”

I guess at the end, my heart ached for two things. The first being that I desire bring real life, truth and hope to people who are hungry for the Christ I know. And secondly, I need to protect myself, guard my heart, and defend my soul from becoming a tool used to detract from the power of the gospel. I don’t want a “form” of a walk with Christ. I want to have the real thing that I might share it with others; the same people with the hollow desperate eyes I witnessed last night!

Hallelujah! http://shawnstutz.com/?p=21

16th April 2008 Update.

Sadly and unfortunately I'm having a hard time it seems trying to persuade one Revelation TV Station and the Word Network to remove Don Stewart from there TV channels.
I always have to question myself and again ask God to lead and guide me by His Holy Spirit. I know what I am, so no perfect, often saying I'm scum, I own up to my failings and faults and have never taken 1 penny for any of my ventures, probably spent hundreds on failed ventures, singles like site, chat rooms and this and that. I only work part time.

I've tried and tried and, well, here we are, I feel it my duty to let people know. The seed is the word and even, even, even if I'm wrong and their genuine, they surely must, must realize how it looks. Because if I see it, surely others do to.
What do they see based on Mike Mudock and Steve Munsey and Don Stewart and Peter popoff who has gone onto miracle manna now, what happened to the miracle spring water, did it try up. What they are surely telling you is this, get this gift it is free, but in it will be a paper asking for money, and pressure applied for you to do just that, meaning you are having to pay for it. You get the impression to be blessed by God you have to give a certain amount, which they specifiy. To get that blessing, that financial blessing you must give x amounts of dollars or pounds. To have your prayer request on the alter you must, oh you know. So we create people who now believe to get money all we got to do it give, if it did work the first time, they want more money, and so might give more and what then if they don't get this time any blessing, any money back. They will feel tricked and conned and worse still let down and cheated by God. But they were giving for the wrong motive, that's why they received not, that time.
We give from the heart, that directed based on what we hear from God or the Bible, about 10% or so of our income, top line, not after net pay, tax. And if we can and want to as it all belongs to God anyway, we give more, and then we might get a blessing.
If we are blessed amazingly with some more money back we must try to bless back into God's causes again.
Do like me, give to the Alpha course and then if you can't or are that scared to be doing something they can use that money, advertising and growing the m ministry and reaching and saving more, amen.
But, finally, I still maintain in my heart of hearts, something does not sit right with this same act routine of asking for money, and promising money, but like the promising to get rich quick schemes, and I think they went like this, they told you about it in some news paper or these days online and it is legal and straight up alright, but still a con. You have to send them a certain amount of money for them to tell you how to do it and guess what, not that high either, say maybe $25 or $50 tops and you do and they then send you the way to do it and it's the same darn way they just did you.
They make hundreds of thousands off you lot, by telling you lot how to get rich quick by doing the same to other lots, hmm, I mean other people.
Imagine it, a few thousand sending in their $25, it's mad, and surely this is the same, only with the changed Christian like slant on it, because after all Christians are the most gullible, well, vulnerable, because we soft and loving and charitable. That's why the African Scammers go after us as well.

So yeah I'm sorry, but I'll have no choice but to continue to bang the drum, because even if it is for a good cause, even if Rory and Wendy and so and so and so and so are genuine, they are still allowing these men to come on their TV networks and ask for certain amounts of money, and regardless whether you have it or not and promise miracles and prayers and money back in return.
This is appalling, We should always be headled, prayed for and blessed by God with no conditions, God loves us, unconditionally first, not give me 50 pounds before I love you, or heal you, or pray for you, or to get 150 pounds back and more. That simply is not right.
God does bless people, yes, God does want you to give, yes, to tithe, and so on, no arguments there. I must keep stressing that, pointing that out. But the concepts which those names on this web page use, like I said, are very misleading and give people wrong impressions and certainly put off the unsaved, amen.

Oh and if the following is true it is truly shocking:

I am a 45 year old christian who made the mistake of asking for prayer from peter popoff after watching a late night 'miracle Service'. after about 3 weeks I got what appeared to be a handwritten letter from Popoff telling me that if I gave unselfishly to his ministry that my medical poblem would be healed miraculously also that my donation would be blessed back to me with so much that I couldn't hold it all. the letter told me that I should GENEROUSLY and Sacrificially Give to People United for Christ and that my finances would be fixed in a short time. I BELIEE THAT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD and Trusting that PETER POPOFF WAS ANSWERING PRAYER I gave my entire disability check for 2 months as a sacrificial gift. and within days got the same letter in the mail

I called Popoff's Ministry and asked for my money back and was told that GOD WOULD CURSE THOSE AGAINST POPOFF. And was told that there would be no refund. I asked about POPOFF'S promise of financial return and was told that I should take it up with GOD in prayer. I asked to talk to POPOFF and was told that he was much too busy to take phone calls from followers. What can I do to recover the 1284.00 in disability income that he fraudulently took from me? To add insult to injury I was talking to a friend who showed me the letter she got from POPOFF it was te same letter he sent me whic claimed that he was praying for me personally.

And, could this be why Popoff has dropped the miracle spring water for the miracle manna now:

Though some of the following might be dated it might be worth least linking still to make people aware for proof of such goings on.
http://www.christianissues.com/trickery.html

Not only is Don Stewart on alot, but so to is Peter popoff it seems as well:
http://www.thewordnetwork.org/schedule.php
It starts to beg the question are these guys, some TV networks even in with them, God forbid, but surely with mounting evidence you'd think someone would check these guys out some before allowing their ministrys if we can call them that, ti air on their TV stations, channels etc.
Update: last night 16th April 2008 I also caught the last bit of Peter Popoff on the Faith channel as well. My heart really goes out to those that do not have internet access and have not yet figured out about these guys and are and have been giving thousands of dollars or pounds over many months.

Update it was with deep regret on Monday the 21st of April I visited my building society to cancel the direct debit to the Revelation Foundation because they are still showing the Don Stewart and others now suspect ministries. Let he cast the first stone.
Hey I'm not perfect, oh far from it, I have issues, sure, but they only really affect me and my relationship with God, bad enough, sure, but I'm not allowing, least I hope not to my knowledge, any links to sites that might be misleading people out of their money. I've also never asked for any money, not a penny has ever been asked or or received that I can remember for any of my ventures online concerning this or any other site I've run, owned, etc.
While I still feel and must point out that Howard and Lesley seem genuine enough and Genesis TV one of the best Christian tv channels on the internet, it has been a hard and bitter pill for me to have to swallow.
Because, after almost 5 years I've had to drop my support. This is awful, I don't want to ruin any ministry trying to spred the gospel to the world to ensure that Jesus then returns: Matthew 24:14 This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
I stress with my struggle and walk not being close to God of late, it was within my spirit that I decided to take this action, does God still back these TV Networks, who knows. However I felt I had no choice and when I've preached on something on this site and then felt I've done something along a similar line I've pulled it off. I struggle with issues and so can't preach on those things, I'd be a hypocrite. The misconception that you have to be perfect is a lie from the enemy, while it does not give us a license to sin, we need Jesus because we are sinners.
What sets us apart is that we now, in Christ, recognize and are sorry and try to fight our weaknesses and old habits, where as the world does not care, the world for example thinks porn in normal now, so long as it does not involved children. Where as a Christian if awake in Christ, knows it is wrong, damaging and the long term affects devastating.
It was not that Michael Reid sinned as a Christian that is so tragic, though bad enough, ruins his witness, but the fact he was so strong on moral values and speaking out on issues of homosexuality and so on. This then in light of his resigning because of adultery makes him a hypocrite giving no believers a field day, because they don't understand, was King David perfect, no, was St Paul, no, was Moses, no, was Abraham, no, saved by faith, not doing good.

So while I deeply regret the naming and shaming and not wanting any minitries to suffer and while I'm not perfect myself and while I do believe giving is important and you do get blessed by God, I do not like and believe still that it is right for ministries to ask for specific amounts of money and not be detailing what that money is going to be used for and promising prayers and miracles and blessing and three-fold money in return.
As this page and the links on it have shown, in genuine and they can't all be wrong and some news links as well, it is clear that is the case. What of the poor old widow, the vulnerbale and elderly and baby Christians. What is they don't get their miracle, what if it does not work, they are going to be ruined by this. Does the Stewarts and Popoff's care then, while they have their millons of dollars a year.
So I can not stand by, keep my mouth shut, I've warned and warned and now taken action, if the situation changes, then sure I'd be happy to donate again to Revelation TV. But while it stands and the response of let Revelation take care of itself and your money is going to Genesis TV don't worry Lee, along those lines does not cut it.
No matter how good the person running it, the good intensions, the promise on the channel to clean up the act, the face of Christian Television has to change, and so on, we are still seeing this broadcast daily and now the Copelands are coming on as well, the we're different from other channels has suddenly gone, a complete u-turn to fund the ministry and I understand, my heart goes out to Howard, with a few thousand watching and supporting, it is not enough, don't get me wrong, I totally understand, seriously. But, and it should be God not me, my suggestion and if it was me, of what I'd do, is close the one channel back down, and have just the one channel, with few ministries on and then be able to say, I may not have two channels anymore like God TV, but least I also don't go begging for money, I'm not having ministries on asking for money in a wrong way, donations are fine, whatever you can give are fine, this is out vision, help us raise money for such and such, fine. But 66 books in the bible so give us 66 pounds a month and we'll, sorry God will asign an angel to you and bless you with money in return and your prayer on the alter and a free book and hankerchief and spring water and miracle manna and this and that and that and this, NO, NO, NO, God's love is free, Jesus went to the cross for nothing, He did not say it is Finished and by the way John, start a ministry and ask for money now. WAKE up TV networks. For not I'll stop short of any other action, my aim is to challenge these Networks, and take no further action for now anyway. But I have to sadly say it, I no longer can support Revelation TV in anyway shape or form, until they finally pull the plug on the likes of Don Stewart in my research, I'm 99% sure has been shown to be false, certainly in the past and who is to say and prove he has changed now.

If you want proof, I shut the chat site down because of scams and people not getting on, sad that we live in this state today, but the Bible did warn about this in the end of days before Yeshua (Jesus) returned. Sadly according to one of my members they were sending money to this ghana scammer, well came from Ghana, suspect Nigerian, certainly African anyway. I did try again to run it by spending hours ever day blocking loads of i's, hundreds but ended up blocking my own some how, so have closed it. It cost me loads and I've lost out on it by about 5 to 6 months, costing me money for that time, right. But I have acted, did act once I knew and have closed it now and because of the scale of the scams and other things, have decided now to leave it closed and not to renew it come September 2008 as well, for the African scams please click here also.

Gordon Pettie and Howard Conder, now is the time to stand and make up your mind, to finally act and put the good name and reputation back into Revelation TV. failure to do so surely means a genuine loving God must rebuke them, because if not I can not follow a God that would allow the innocent to be robbed of their money, leaving them in difficulty, Amen
.

30th April update: I now have just seen that Don Stewart is also on the TV network Wonderful as well.
Gordon Pettie has just said and it is on the second day, supposed to be only one day a month, Tuesday, anyway nitty picking, sorry, but by repeating it, it's becoming two days a month asking for funds, anyway Gordon has just said and stressed that the money that viewers give goes to the Revelation Foundation which funds Genesis TV only. The ministries on Revelation TV is entirely funded by the ministries on it. So do I now regret stopping my monthly donation, No.
And here is why, and I stressed this least twice or more to Howard and those at Revelation TV. The point is, it is a bit like saying well please still support ITV 2 even though ITV 1 is showing some anti Christian thing, maybe like the BBC did with the Jerry Springer Opera thing. This is daft because the point is, it is part of the same network. In other words if it was me, how could I allow one of my channels to show something that clearly is misleading at best while claiming that my other channel is, oh you know. I'd be a hypocrite also speaking out about other TV networks has also has been done and then having people on one of my channels doing the same thing.
Anyway if we think about what Gordon has just said and this need to be clarified then, because if the ministries as I thought are not supporting Genesis TV, then I'd rather lose Revelation TV, close it down, run it free on the internet for those Christians that want more, and maybe another channels, music one, and run only Genesis TV on the Satellite, saves lots of money and time and effort. Then that way I could always say look I'm different, and I don't have ministries on exploiting anyway, and I only ask because it is to support Genesis TV only and for the following reasons and then share the vision and costs and let everything be 100% above board and in the open and so on.

I'm providing contacts now for people to contact these ministries to express their concerns over ministries such as those I've mentioned above:
